ACCORDINGLY, ACCELIFY DOES NOT, AND WILL NOT, USE ANY SUCH DATA IN ANY WAY OTHER THAN IN CONNECTION WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF ITS CONTRACTUAL DUTIES TO ITS CLIENTS OR TO OTHERWISE MEET THE PROPER LEGAL REQUEST OF ANY RELEVANT GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY. All Accelify systems contain “Terms of Use Agreements” setting forth the confidentiality requirements and obligations to its user base.
