We have some very exciting news to share with you! We have been working hard over the past several months to revamp the AcceliTRACK system and are scheduled to introduce the new and improved system for the 2016-17 school year.

While change can be scary we are eager to launch the new AcceliTRACK 3.0 because we know it will make the system better in so many ways for you and your staff.

So what can you expect?

    • A sleeker new user interface design 
      This is a makeover you won’t want to look back from! While core functionality will remain the same, the new look and feel is cleaner and more user-friendly than ever before.
    • Faster load times and system performance 
      Get ready for a faster AcceliTRACK. We’ve rebuilt all our systems from the ground up using the latest technology and also updated our technology infrastructure to ensure optimal speed and system performance.
    • Fewer clicks to service delivery…without ever needing to attach to a series
      We’ve always been committed to ensuring your providers capture every service, now we’ve made it easier! Using the new AcceliTRACK, providers can manage their schedule and document their services without ever leaving the homepage, or utilize the same calendar and quick recorder they know so well, with fewer clicks. Better yet, built-in system logic will automatically attach services to series, saving providers loads of time.
    • Quicker reporting and search
      Powered by elasticsearch technology, reporting and search in the new AcceliTRACK provide near instant access to all system data. Interactive and customizable dashboards allow you to visualize your data from any angle. Here’s to better…and faster reporting!
    • Enhanced cross-system integration
      AcceliTRACK is now better integrated with Accelify’s other special education and related service management systems, including AcceliPLAN and AcceliSCHEDULE, providing clients using these systems a better user experience.
    • Greater flexibility and more control
      The new AcceliTRACK is more flexible than ever. Enhanced filter capabilities allow you to access information when you need it, custom views allow you to see information the way you want to, and improved system configurations provide you with greater control.
    • Improved in-system training and support tools 

You can rest easy knowing that the transition to the new AcceliTRACK will include more robust user training and support tools, including a comprehensive knowledgebase for all major system functionality, interactive guided system tours that will walk your staff through each new feature, and more accessible access to live chat and help desk support.
