Client Manager


Summary:
We are currently seeking a Client Manager with experience managing web-based software systems preferably with a background in Special Ed. Candidate must have excellent communication and account management skills. Client Manager will be the day-to-day contact responsible for managing technical and/or business related matters for key clients. As a Client Manager you will also serve as a liaison between the client and our software development, implementation and senior operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations with existing school district clients, including client/user support.
  • Assist with new client implementations.
  • Coordinate and conduct staff trainings for client school districts to train staff on understanding use of Accelify's web-based systems.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure programs are running smoothly in accordance with project plans and contract terms.
  • Create regular program status reports for client districts to highlight areas of success and identify areas for improvement including the appropriate steps to ensure a fully maximized program.
  • Respond to client questions on a timely basis.
  • Report to and communicate with Senior Operations staff on client status.
  • Respond to immediate issues as they arise.
  • Collect client feedback and new feature requests and communicate with upper management and development team to contribute to strategic development of product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service and project management skills.
  • Expereince with managing project plans and associated contracted deliverables.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working under strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and organizations skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Independent time management skills.
  • Ability to travel to clients as necessary.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office--Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  Preferred Skills
  • Special education background, Medicaid billing and or classroom experience are highly preferred.
  • Passion for technology and sharp business savvy.
