Hillsborough County Public Schools Awards Medicaid Billing Contract to Accelify

March 16, 2018

Accelify Solutions, LLC (Accelify), a leading provider of special education management systems, is pleased to announce that Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) has awarded a contract to Accelify to provide Medicaid billing software products and services.

Under the contract awarded, HCPS will implement Accelify’s industry leading ESE and transportation service tracking systems, AcceliTRACK and AcceliROUTE, in addition to Accelify’s Medicaid claiming management system, AcceliCLAIM. Accelify will also provide comprehensive Medicaid billing consulting and support services to the District.

“We are excited to partner with Hillsborough County Public Schools,” said Alex Brecher, Chief Executive Officer of Accelify. “Our solutions are proven to have a dramatic impact on Medicaid reimbursements for our clients in Florida, while ensuring compliance, and we look forward to providing similar results for Hillsborough County.”

Accelify’s Medicaid billing systems are currently implemented in 20 school districts in Florida, including Miami-Dade and Broward County Public Schools – the two largest school systems in the state. On average, Accelify’s Florida clients generate more than double the Medicaid revenue generated with other vendors in the state, while maintaining a perfect audit record in quarterly monitorings performed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.

HCPS is the 8th largest school district in the U.S. and 3rd largest in the state of Florida, serving approximately 212,000 students, including 30,000 students with disabilities.
