Accelify Announces the Completion of AcceliTRACK

Brooklyn, NY – Accelify, LLC announces the completion of AcceliTRACK, a new calendar based special education service tracking solution. The new technology provides a single interface from which school district staff and service providers can prescribe, schedule, and track services, and directly convert those sessions into Medicaid billing claims avoiding duplicate data entry.
“The AcceliTRACK calendaring tool is designed to work either in stand-alone mode or in concert with AcceliPLAN, our electronic IEP,” explained Jack Goldenberg, CEO of Accelify. “Its seamless integration with our Fee-for-Service billing system provides service providers and school district staff a complete solution to track their services and manage their claims.”
Upon logging in to our secure site, providers can access a list of services prescribed to a student. To schedule a session they simply drag a service onto their calendar and once the service has been delivered, they simply mark it cleared. AcceliTRACK also offers providers the opportunity to enter progress notes for each session, which can later be used for IEP progress reporting purposes. Finally, with a simple click of the mouse, the service record goes directly to our AcceliDIRECT billing system.
