AHCA Confirms Accelify’s Electronic RMTS System, AcceliTIME, for use by Florida School Districts

Accelify announced today that the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) has confirmed that Accelify’s Electronic RMTS System, AcceliTIME, can now be utilized by Florida school districts.  AcceliTIME is the first system of its kind to become available to Florida school districts participating in the SDAC program.

The system, which manages the entire Administrative Claiming process from notifying participants and administrators of upcoming time study moments, to completing time survey moments online, to receipt of Federal funds, has been successfully implemented and used by Accelify’s clients in multiple states, including school districts in Missouri and California.

“We are very excited to offer a web-based RMTS system to Florida school districts,” explained Alex Brecher, CEO of Accelify Solutions.  “The SDAC program is a substantial revenue source for our school district clients and AcceliTIME will make the eSaventire time study process simpler for them.  It allows school district staff to properly and efficiently document what they were doing during each selected moment in less than 30 seconds, reduces workloads for district staff managing the SDAC process, and provides significant time and cost savings.”

AcceliTIME’s functionality is robust with Administrative tools that ensure staff have properly documented their moments including an email-based tickler system to provide staff with reminders to complete their sample moments.  The system will be implemented by Accelify’s dedicated AcceliTIME support team, working directly with school district personnel to ensure a smooth transition and proper training.

In addition to the newly available electronic RMTS system for Administrative Claiming, Accelify also provides school districts in Florida, including Broward County Public Schools, Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind and Bay County Schools, with web-based systems and consulting services to maximize their Direct Service claiming programs.  This is achieved through the use of Accelify’s proprietary service documentation and caseload management system, AcceliTRACK, as well as the Company’s billing platform, AcceliCLAIM. The fully integrated web-based solution is designed to speed the process of documenting health-related IEP services and enhance district compliance with IDEA and Medicaid regulations through electronic record keeping and automated claim development and validation.  In addition, AcceliROUTE, which is currently in use in Broward County, is designed to help districts track and claim transportation services provided to their special education students.  Since implementing the system in October of 2011, Broward’s transportation reimbursements have increased by over 500%.  Due the success of the project, Broward recently awarded Accelify a contract to manage the district’s entire Medicaid program and are currently implementing AcceliTRACK and AcceliCLAIM.
