Missouri Products and Services Enhancements

October 22, 2009

Kansas City, MO – Accelify announced today a series of enhancements to its products, services and personnel in Missouri.

During its annual review of Medicaid programs in the various states it supports, Accelify and its National Board of Advisors located a number of items for clarification within the Missouri School Based Medicaid programs. After consulting with Missouri HealthNet, Accelify is confident that it has identified a number of areas that will significantly enhance its client’s revenue in the coming year. Accelify intends to implement these programs for its clients beginning in Q4 2009.

SDAC Program:

Accelify’s School District Administrative Claiming software has launched with a number of new features designed to ensure compliance and revenue maximization. These include a robust automatic alert system to keep all participants and SDAC coordinators informed of upcoming time study moments. It also contains automated reporting for moments not yet collected ensuring the highest degree of compliance. Accelify’s Enhanced Participant Training has gone into effect fo r all its client districts and is having a significant impact on both participation and program understanding.

Fee for Service and IEP Program:

AcceliTRACK – Accelify has launched its Missouri Fee for Service tracking and scheduling program. In addition to its powerful, schedule based service delivery component, AcceliTRACK integrates fully with AcceliPLAN a robust, easy to use, IEP development and compliance tool. This service is being provided at 5% of paid claims with no out of pocket costs to the district.

AcceliPLAN – Accelify’s robust IEP development tool that integrates directly with the AcceliTRACK service billing and compliance program has been launched for school districts in the State of Missouri. The integrated nature of these programs, and their incredible ease of use, is already winning accolades from DOE and SPED leaders in many states. Its compliance component significantly reduces a district’s exposure to IDEA, FAPE and Medicaid related audits and lawsuits. Since it eliminates the duplicate entry required of many non-integrated programs district personnel will be incentivized to capture the information required for revenue maximization and compliance.

Addition of Dr. Terry Stewart:

Accelify is also proud to announce the addition of Dr. Terry St ewart as Missouri Director of Development and a member of its National Board of Advisors. Dr. Stewart has been a fixture in Missouri education for more than two decades. He is currently a professor in the Education Administration Doctoral Program at Lindenwood University.
